Work  experience period - January 2002 – April 2010 JSSC «UKRICHFLOT», Kiev, Ukraine Head operations manager of "Volgo-Balt", "Volgo-Don" & "Slavutich" type vessels Responsibilities:  • Post-fixing operation of the group of "Volgo-Balt", "Volgo-Don" & "Slavutich" type vessels.    Totally 15 vessels. •Long-term and short-term operations planning of shipments, in conjunction with the Chartering department. •Analysis of fleet placement. •Oversight and management during loading/unloading at ports. •Cargo documents processing / handling. •Calculation and analysis of actual voyages results for each vessel.  •Fleet group actual voyages results analysis and calculations.  •Control and analysis of the fuel consumption for each vessel, and the group of vessels as a whole. •Сorrespondence with agents, brokers and charterers with regard to commercial and legal matters, agency fee negotiations, document circulation management. •Control of the vessels’ compliance with commercial requirements  •Determining the optimal bunkering ports, arranging for the delivery of equipment and spare parts on board the vessel, in conjunction with the bunkering and superintendents departments.  During the period employed at the position, put in order the group’s documents circulation system, improved the actual voyages results.
